Naturopathic Doctor and Clinic Owner
Naturopathic Doctor and Co-owner
My desire is for my patients to be empowered by their health, through knowledge and self-care, and to not be limited by a diagnosis.
I had a roundabout journey of discovering naturopathic medicine – through exposure as an EMT, a medical caseworker for refugees, and travels through Tanzania and Ecuador, I quickly realized the limitations of conventional medicine. What ultimately inspired me were my studies in public health in Ecuador, where I had the chance to discover how rural communities depend on certain herbs and plants for common ailments. I knew that health and wellness had to exist beyond just a diagnosis and pharmaceutical treatment. I wanted to know more and wanted to be involved in a type of medical care that treated a person instead of a disease, and focused on preventive care. So when my mother started seeing a Naturopathic Physician and I had a chance to discuss my own questions with her ND, I felt like I had finally found a place in the medical field that I could truly stand behind.
I love to treat the whole family, focusing on the role of digestion as the gateway to health. I am passionate about treating women’s hormones in all stages of life – my goal is for patients to feel educated and empowered about their bodies.

Naturopathic Doctor
My goal as a Naturopathic Doctor is to help my patients access their highest potential. I believe that our health is our most important investment, and I empower my patients to take ownership of their health while providing the education, tools, and encouragement my patients need at every step of their journey.
My passion for naturopathic medicine was inspired while completing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, where I learned about the individualized, patient-centered, and holistic approach that Naturopathic Doctors have the privilege of utilizing. I knew immediately that this profession aligned with my personal values, and I went on to complete my naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster.
While I love working with a variety of patients and concerns, my passions include treating women’s health conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause; skin conditions such as acne; and chronic stress/burnout.
I also hold certifications in intravenous (IV) therapy and both cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator (botox) injections. In my aesthetics practice, I combine medical injection techniques with an eye for facial symmetry and enhancement of your authentic beauty. I aim to create natural results that soften the signs of aging and help you feel like your best self throughout all stages of life.
I look forward to supporting you on your health journey!
Registered Massage Therapist
Noah Perrino, Registered Massage Therapist, is the newest addition to the South Delta Integrative Healthcare team. Born and raised in South Delta, Noah has recently returned to contribute to the community he grew up in through his massage practice as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
Noah grew up with an interest in health care and active living. With the core belief that active living is a key component of health and longevity, becoming an RMT was the the natural landing place. The therapeutic hands-on treatment is what Noah enjoys most. By using his knowledge and finesse, Noah creates an all encompassing treatment plan to address your needs.
His favourite body regions to treat are the neck and back because of the intricate and large muscle groups that support the spine. Just as well, since most patients spend their days hunched over a computer screen and keyboard. During his visits, he performs clinical assessments that guide the treatment plan. With his fresh approach, he helps combat chronic pain and poor posture. Patients leave feeling heard and relaxed. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Noah wants to alleviate pain so that patients can continue their active lifestyles.
Noah is a certified registrant in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Noah treats patients with neck pain, back pain, sports and work related injuries so patients can feel better and get back to doing what they love.
